Hunt has chin forever and is a far better striker. I'd wager he wins but would watch to make sure.

This is actually perfect for Mark Hunt...

We definitely know Derrick is too fat to be on steroids... LOL

    Hunt will expose Derrick...

I hope this happens just so Lewis gets exposed. Guy acts like he's the next big thing when in reality he's a barroom brawler who beat a guy with one foot out the door. Hunt will sleep him.

Yep he sure killed the Travis Browne hype wagon, you couldn't move for Shamil Abdurakhimov fans on Sherdog either.

I agree--timing probably gets better with experience. However, there's a trade-off with speed...your mind knows exactly when to punch, but your fist may not get there in time. I speak from experience getting older and playing different sports.

I think Roy Nelson developed pretty sick timing as well. For an old, fat slow guy, he's landed some beautifully placed right hands.

A younger Hunt would almost certainly win it, an older Hunt might make things more interesting but still to me he looks like he wouldn't be a good style matchup for Lewis.

Thus far I think the main effects of age on Hunt have been declining cardio and reduced agility but to me Lewis doesn't nesserally seem like the guy to exploit those. JDS for example beat Hunt by staying out of range and landing from the outside, I think Overeem might well do the same(might outgrapple him as well of course) but Lewis's game is going to be to get close and exchange.

It really depends on which Hunt is gonna show up. If he has taken training seriously and is in shape, I have no doubt that he takes it. If not, Black Beast has a decent chance.

Real bad fight for Lewis. I'd pick Hunt via 1st round KO.

How does he act like he's the next big thing? Yes he's confident (like any fighter should be) but he was very transparent in saying that he's one dimensional and that he has to round out his game to compete with the top 5.

He talks quite a bit. And it's not just him, there's some talk that he's like the next big thing (granted not his fault). The guy is Brett Rogers 2.0. He'll be out of the UFC in two years.

Probably the worst match up for him imo.

Hunt is a far better striker that hits harder and has a better chin.

At least with guys like Reem ... Black Beast could possibly catch him and KO him.

You're an idiot, implying that Hunt didn't fight Lesnar because he was in there against the largest wrestler in the division, and further implying that Lewis has any of Lesnar's wrestling ability.
