Seated med ball throw: 4kg x 8 x 4 DB bench: 24kg x 12 30kg x 8 x 3 20kg x 20 Chin-ups: BW x 12 x 4 Squat: 60kg x 5 100kg x 5 x 3 Standing roll-outs: BW x 5 x 3 Med ball drop sit-up: 5kg x 50 Cutting sucks. Zero energy and motivation at the moment. I don't want to do anything. Training is going to suck.
