Everyone with a half a brain new that sack of potatoes was gonna knock out the muscle freak. Russow is a legit tough dude, he's just ugly. Duffee the opposite.
Why did they ever lose Russow? He'd probably fuck up Derrick Lewis.

after thinking about it for a while, I think I go with this one. not only was it one guy just toying with the other, but forrest was an ex-beltholder a weight class higher than the opponent clowning him.

I love Shogun but the Sonnen loss is definitely the most embarrassing loss I've ever seen.

Yeah, in his fight before Anderson he just lost the belt to Rashad (no shame in that at that time) . And to make matters more embarrassing, he got popped for Xanax after the Silva fight.

    Silva vs Weidman (first one).

Nothing more embarassing than faking being wobbled and the proceeding to get KTFO head dribbled on the mat 3 seconds later.

He beat him in the rematch and is the only fighter to hold to Belts in separate weight classes at the same time. I'm not a huge fan of his WWE Personna, but he's a great fighter. And on the flipside, I'm a huge Nate Diaz fan but Nate is a gatekeeper.

That one where CB Dolloway tapped and then immediately began complaining and lying to the ref.

conor getting the lightweight belt is akin to bj penn going up to beat hughes. i don't consider those genuine belts, because many fighters on a good day can win one fight against the champ and be champion. a real champion, in my mind, fights the top contenders and then fights the champ for the belt.

that's why i think penn is way overrated. along with randy couture. all these guys having one fight to win a belt. it's stupid.

That was a pretty bad one. His loss to Vitor is a pretty embarrassing one too, especially because he was talking a lot of shit before

CM Punk has to be up there.

Also, never forget that Michelle Waterson made Angela Magana pee herself in the octagon.

That's because you've been brainwashed by Conor hate enough to think beating established champions isn't hard to do.
Which is fairly silly, if you think about it.

i'm indifferent to conor. i just look at things as objectively as i can. in my mind, a fighter should earn the right to fight the champion. and that means facing the top contenders beforehand. what good is it to be champion if it only takes one win to be champion? it makes no sense.
