My attempts to stimulate glute and hamstring growth

    This is, what felt like the best depth I could get.

    You can see it's pretty much a good morning as well.

    Like I said, I'm very pleased with where I was, to where I'm at now.

    Heavy ass session.

    Yesterday, had a boxing contest.

    Had an off day - lost.
    Horrible.

    Onwards and upwards however.

    Today, I get my lazy ass out the bed - throw my sheets in the washer, shower, shave - breakfast, whip up some dinner for later - then, gym time.

    Two body weight circuits:

    15 dips
    10 handstand press ups
    6 muscle ups on rings,
    10 one hand press ups each side.

    Then - deadlifts.
    Trap bar.

    Work my way up to 225 kgs, or 495 lbs - which I'm happy with.
    Sets of 3.

    I learned, push through the ball of the foot, not just the heels - to avoid lower back rounding at the more stressful weight.

    Then - clean pulls, 3's - up to 95 kgs

    Power snatches, 3's - up to 60 kgs.

    Bench - 110kgs sets of 6 -- 3 of them.

    Then - heavy bag, 3x3 min.

    Then, stretching - hams.

    Back to my huse, eat - and now back to fucking bed.

    I'm. am. wasted.

    Deadlifts yesterday - horrible.

    Couldn't get passed 215 kgs.

    Took this morning off.
    Dis-encouraging when the weight goes down, even if it was an off day (I'm hoping).

    Romanian dead lifts improved though.

    I learned to stick my ass out more, so the bar stays closer to my shins - takes pressure off the lower back.

    Hoping to see some nice improvements with that.

    Using more of a sumo stance - not full sumo though.

    This was today.

    I started - scrunching up my feet - light tightening them up, same as with the body and delts - which seems to assist with depth via transferring weight through the balls of my feet, as well as the heels.

    I'm not expert, but it looks dangerously close to parallel - no?

    I also started a new variation of RDL's.

    Split stance - but not full sumo, but with a sumo grip.

    Went from 150 kgs on regular RDL's - all the way up to 190 kgs.

    I find, prob cause of my frame but - it's much easier to start from the elevated RDL position, than from the ground in regular DL's.

    But that approach - takes the stress off my lower back - feels so much damn better.

    It was gay pride day on Saturday.

    You know, war machine was right.7
    Gay bars, are a great place to pick up chicks.
    Well - the streets were like one big gay bar on Saturday.

    I hooked up with this Romanian minx who had an apartment in the vicinity, for a quick encounter.

    I shit you not.
    It was the hottest, nastiest, kinkiest sex - I've ever had.

    Did this happen just by freak occurrence??

    Hell no!!

    There's no doubt - this is my ass/indifference theory going to work.
    Never mind the sex itself - even hooking up with her so easily - but no mistake, the sex was the driving force behind that even.
    The expression on her face was, "dayum - this guy is hot".

    Indifference - turns chicks on like crazy.

    Females - they're leverage over men is the "come fuck me - I'm so very fuckable" - vibe and presentation.

    Mens leverage over women, is indifference - "I don't even notice you, hoe".

    Will keep updates with further developments over the coming weeks/months.

    For me, now - I'm trying to focus on putting most/all of my weight, through the balls of my feet.
    It just makes it so much easier.
    I know it's different for everyone but - this is definitely an improvement for me.

    Perhaps another half inch lower with that also:

    Also - regarding the end goal - get a load of this:

    At the supermarket I go to, there's this little chick.
    Think she's the manager or some shit, cause she dresses in a suit, not the regular uniform, and she's always telling other workers what to do and shit.

    I've been eyeballing her, since - fucking forever.
    Well, about 18 months, since I started shopping there.

    No joy.

    Until now.

    I saw her clocking me the other day, and just fuckin' knew, this biznatch wants me to turn her minge into hamburger meat.

    Now, until now - nuh.
    Forget it.
    She'd see me clocking her, and I'd get the immediate dismissal vibe.

    But now - she is DTF!!
    She's Down To FOCK.

    Anyhow, I was in fetching some grocery today, and I'm on my way down an aisle.
    She's about to make her way up that very aisle, clocks me, suddenly, stops - rooted to the motherfuckin' fuckin' spot - gives me the cow eyes,

    I walk right up to her, don't touch her but - full frontal up close kind of deal, just to let her know - you know - she can get this delicious meat.

    Then I finish my grocery shopping like a boss.

    It's just a matter of time until I ski them pink slopes.
    Take this biznatch to pound town.
    Give her the piping of a lifetime.


    Sumo deadlifts, RDL style, are also going awesome.
    But I could never be doing them, without the invaluable "tightening up" advice, deep breath and hold technique, that I now apply to all my lifts - got right here at the sherdogs.

    I think they might hit the glutes/azz, hardest, out of all the exercises.

    Strength to strength, that's where I'm going.

    I had this absolute gigolo of a throat infection the last few days.

    Yesterday - bed all day.
    I hadn't felt that shit faced in quite the while.

    Woke up at 3am - horrible - so fuck it, I took a zopiclone and crashed 'till 8.

    Then, felt fresh'ish this morning, so hit the gym.

    Sluggish getting into it.
    2 body weight circuits, the usual.

    Then, hit some trap bar deadlifts, sets of 3 up to 215 kgs - which I maxed out at.
    I normally max out at 225 - but whatever.

    Some leg press.
    The gym got a new leg press machine.
    It's rather awesome.
    Feels much better than the old one, which was a hybrid of a leg press and squat machine.

    Then some of the sumo dead lift/Romanian dead lift - hybrid exercises - up to 180 kgs.

    Some stretching, and I'm toast.


    Could go to bjj in a couple hours but - maybe I should chill until this throat infection has completely gone the fuck away.

    I see chicks attending these classes at the new gym I started at.

    One thing that is apparent, or become apparent to me is - men, they certainly seem to have the advantage is terms of being self motivated.

    Chicks need to be in a group or have a PT holding their hand, to get in real good shape.
    And awesome shape?

    I'd hazard a guess that it's far easier for a dude to get in awesome shape, than a hoe.


    So I think chicks have the upper hand, socially - you know, in terms of, kind of - sexual leverage, if that sense makes?

    But - I think with the correct application - dudes could be up there, without a massive struggle.
    Certainly in terms of "ass" indifference anyways.
    Which is the "I'm here to fuck you" type of indifference - pretty important.

    Dudes still think it's cool to shave their heads, and dress like hobo's.
    So - culturally, I think chicks will still have the advantage in terms of presentational indifference.

    It may be a ways off before the skin head culture comes around.

    Maintaining a good back arch during these exercises.

    I lost it for a moment, particularly on squats.

    That's why I dropped from 150 kgs.

    Today - I made the correction, and was right back up.

    Good back arch, like on the bench.
    Same thing for squats - low bar at least.
    For me at least.

    It allows my body to take the weight.

    I don't necessarily focus on pushing my ass out - but that will be a product of a good back arch, with the chest up.

    Up to 190 kgs on the RDL hybrid sumo lifts also.

    Quite happy about that.

    Feeling, FUCKING, horrible this weather.

    Just sluggish.

    Still plowing on however.

    Getting my body weight circuits in, like always.

    All I could manage today on top of that was the RDL SumoDL hybrid.
    I'm fucking loving this exercise.

    Hit the big ol' 200 kgs today - for a single rep.
    Felt alright too but, I didn't feel a second rep in the system.

    And that was it.
    That was all I could manage; gassed.
    Showered and bounced.

    I tweaked my shoulder on a wrestling throw last week so, maybe the body is just taking time and energy to heal.
