Maybe Dragonlord can un-fuck the thread. That is, if it has the same problems as some of the logs did. Might be worth asking.
Deadlift was sumo. Only lift I'm proud of. I haven't been able to train much because of lower back & shoulder issues. Monday I was challenged by a HS wrestler of mine to pull 455. Felt good.
I can never seem to get my squat, only lift I'm really disappointed in. I'd love to bench 315 but just to say I did it.
