Sore back?

    I took a month off from training and had my first class back 5 days ago.

    My back was insanely sore right after class and I was walking like an old man that night.

    It has progressively gotten better but still sore.

    This is my lower back / upper pelvis area. Hamstrings are super tight normally and being away from training didn’t help.

    Can anyone recommend a stretching protocol that might help?
